Freelance Chrome Extension Developer Portfolio: Custom Browser Extensions

Need a freelance Chrome extension developer? These are custom browser extensions I’ve built and shipped for companies and startups, including a detection-resistant price-comparison tool now used across multiple international branches, and integrations that pull Salesforce and any external API straight into Notion. Explore the projects below, or see my full portfolio for the full range of my work.

NEX Wallet — Crypto Wallet Browser Extension

The challenge: NEX Wallet is a React-based browser extension for managing cryptocurrency wallets, a context where performance and rock-solid stability aren’t optional, because a single bug in a wallet erodes user trust instantly.

The work: I contributed to the extension’s development, fixing critical bugs affecting performance and stability and implementing new functionality to improve the user experience, all within the tight constraints of an extension runtime.

The outcome: a faster, more stable wallet extension with a smoother user experience.

Ctrl — From Productivity Extension to Full Data Platform

The challenge: Ctrl helps customer-success teams consolidate data from many apps into custom workspaces. It began as a productivity browser extension and grew into a full platform — and that fast growth left complex, hard-to-maintain flows behind.

The work: I refactored those complex flows for performance and maintainability, built new features, and fixed critical bugs to keep the tool stable and reliable as it scaled beyond its extension roots.

The outcome: a more usable, performant platform that lets customer-success teams work more efficiently.

E-commerce Price Comparison — A Detection-Resistant Extension

The challenge: an automotive e-commerce retailer wanted to show shoppers its price advantage while they browsed competitor sites.

The decision: rather than inject the comparison UI into competitor pages (fragile and easily blocked), I built it in the browser’s own sidebar — isolating it from the host page and making the solution resilient to detection and blocking.

The outcome: a durable price-comparison tool that turned the client’s pricing edge into increased sales, and was later rolled out across multiple international branches.

Note API Connector — Connect Any API to Notion

The challenge: Notion is a great workspace but a poor data hub — users needed a way to pull data from arbitrary external APIs into Notion without manual copy-paste or custom code.

The work: I built a Chrome extension, backed by a Node.js/AWS backend, that connects to any API and imports its data straight into a user’s Notion workspace, automating transfers that were previously manual.

The outcome: a tool that turns Notion into a data-driven workspace and eliminates manual data entry.

SalesforceToNotion — Bringing CRM Data into Notion

The challenge: teams that live in Notion still needed their Salesforce CRM data there and moving it by hand is slow and error-prone.

The work: I built a Chrome extension that authenticates against both Salesforce and Notion and pulls Salesforce records directly into a Notion workspace, without manual export.

The outcome: a one-click bridge between Salesforce and Notion for teams that run on Notion.
