Custom MVP Development Solutions Portfolio
Need a custom MVP built for your startup? I help founders take an idea from concept to a launched, working product, deciding the right minimal feature set, choosing a stack that won’t slow you down, and shipping fast without writing throwaway code. Below are MVPs and early products I’ve built from scratch. Explore the projects, or see my full portfolio for the full range of my work.
Burro — Route-Management App for Autonomous Robots
The idea: give Burro’s customers a tool to create and manage navigation routes for fleets of autonomous farming robots.
What I shipped: an interactive web app with a Leaflet.js map for drawing and editing routes and a tree-view for organizing route data, integrated with Burro’s backend so changes reach the robots.
The outcome: a scalable, intuitive tool that streamlined route management in the field.

Provenance — Fractional CTO for the MVP Build
The idea: get an MVP built right with the roadmap, infrastructure, and team practices to survive past launch.
What I shipped: as fractional CTO, I defined the product roadmap, led the dev team, architected the infrastructure and CI pipeline, and integrated the third-party services the MVP needed, keeping code quality high to avoid early technical debt.
The outcome: a robust, scalable MVP and a development process built to keep shipping.

Meridian — An AI Workflow MVP, Built from Scratch
The idea: Meridian wanted to bring next-gen, AI-powered workflow tools for private investors to market.
What I shipped: As Frontend Technical Lead, I built their MVP from scratch, partnering with the Product Designer on a UI design system that anchored the whole product, and set up a CI pipeline for fast, reliable deployment.
The outcome: a polished, scalable MVP that launched Meridian’s vision and set the foundation to grow on.

Investment Community Platform
The idea: a platform where private investors discover deals, find co-investors, and run virtual investment clubs — which meant real documents, payments, and communication from day one.
What I shipped: I designed and built the MVP with the critical rails integrated, DocuSign for signing, Stripe for payments, Slack for communication, plus deal tracking and collaboration for curated investor groups.
The outcome: a working platform that let investor groups transact and collaborate, ready to grow.

Saycaster — From Concept to Interactive Podcast Platform
The idea: give podcasters a way to enrich audio with interactive “spots” — links, social posts, videos, images pinned to specific moments and keep listeners engaged.
What I shipped: I built the platform end to end on Node.js and PostgreSQL, modeling the time-anchored “spots” data and the interactive previews listeners see.
The outcome: a launched, user-focused platform that turns passive audio into interactive content.

Note API Connector — From Idea to a Product Used by Thousands
The idea: give Notion users a no-code way to connect any external API and sync data straight into their workspace, turning Notion into a live data hub.
What I shipped: I designed and built the entire product from scratch: an integration engine, authentication, and a scheduling system that keeps data flowing automatically in the background.
The outcome: a live product used by thousands of Notion users to connect APIs and automate their workspaces.
